07/04/09 One thing I did not share about yesterday. When we stopped for lunch on the Sea of Galilee we ate at the kibbutz where Dad, Mom and I stayed in l974. This is also the place where I went up the mountain in my red high wedge shoes. I believe that was prophetic in my life. We headed up the side of the mountain, and it was a fairly steep trek. We got part of the way up and Mom stopped and sat down on a big rock. She said to go on and she would wait there for us to come down. Frankly, I did not think I could make it up the side of the mountain myself. I sat their on that rock and all the sudden the Spirit of God came up inside of me and I thought, "I am getting to the top of this mountain." Well, I made it to the top, and I came up beside my Dad and he said, "You made it!!!" I said, "Yes, I did." I have that same determination in my heart now. As most of you know, Terry went to heaven quite unexpectedly in late January. It has not been an easy thing for me, but I still expect God to perform the things he has promised. In the 1980's the Spirit of God spoke to my husband Terry and my dad Doyle, that I would preach the gospel to the four corners of the Earth. I have never let go of that promise. I know being in Israel with my daughters at this time is a divine appointment of the Lord.

07/03/09 Today we started out with a trip to the Mount of Beatitudes. There my cousin ministered to us from the scripture, and while he was talking a dove began cooing in the trees around us. We all took communion together there on the Mount. There was a great sense of peace that several of us picked up in the Spirit.

We made a little side stop to St. Peter's Church and headed toward the bus. I noticed a person I knew and a person with them. I could tell the person was struggling a little, and this person said, "Kathy, our friend needs prayer, would you pray?" Up out of my heart came ,"Lord I thank you for the power of the resurrected Lord Jesus. I thank you that you strengthen them in their inner man by the same power that raised your son from the dead." I thanked God a couple more times for his power that raised Jesus from the dead.

We all got on the bus and headed to Capernaum. This is a place where there are many ruins that have been excavated. One significant factor here is a millstone. I know most of you know what Jesus said in Matthew 18:6 about his little ones and a millstone. I encourage all of you to read this and eventually we will have a picture of a millstone on this website.

After finishing up here we moved on over to the Sea of Galilee and traveled by boat over to a place where they found a boat in l987 they consider to be significant. We had lunch there and ended up at a table with my aunt and uncle and two of their translators. We had a good time fellowshipping here and when we finished up, one of the people said "Why don't each of you girls share some thing about your Dad. Can started out by telling these people that she had been raised and taught by her Dad, to go to God and trust him. She also talked of his humility and his strength. Ray then piped up about how he had always encouraged them the importance of worship and how they grew up worshipping God in our home, or car or wherever we were all together. She then shared how since God took Terry to heaven the Lord had moved all of them into leading worship. Ashley said, "Well, I was going to share what Can did, because he did teach us to ask God what we should be doing and to trust him." I encouraged her that was alright just say it again. Then she piped up to the people sitting at the table. "What was special about my Dad was the anointing. When us girls were sick or under attack growing up, all we had to do is say Dad and he would pray and the anointing of God began to flow through us and we always overcame." That came from his daughters. They know how they grew up.

When we finished we headed over to Nazareth and visited a replica of a village from back in the days of Jesus. There many things to share, but not enough time or space to do so at this time. The girls and I are greatly encouraged in our hearts about the nation of Israel.

07/02/09 After overcoming in DFW and the Newark area, our flight proceeded to Tel Aviv with no complications. Our first night in Tel Aviv we took a hike up to Joppa (Jaffa) along the Mediterranean Sea. We were all reminded of Peter and Cornelius out of Acts 10, for lack of space I encourage you to read this. Also Jonah rose up to flee unto Tarshish from the presence of the Lord, and went down to Joppa (Jaffa); and he found a ship going to Tarshish: so he paid the fare thereof and went down to it, to go with them unto Tarshish from the presence of the Lord in Jonah 1. 

Today we rose up and proceeded to Caesaerea. While in the area we visited a Roman Theater in which Terry sang at in 1984. The girls and I sang Sometimes Alleluia in the amphitheater.  This was very meaningful for all of us knowing what had taken place in 1984. We then went on into Megiddo where the battle of Armageddon is to take place, then onto Mount Carmel, and last we hiked up Mount Arbel. The heat was pretty intense. As we began climbing that mountain, the Lord sent a strong wind that took away all the heat. Not everyone understood but we could clearly see God's mercy on us, as we climbed up and down that mountain. We are presently in Tiberias along the Sea of Galilee. God continues to minister to us and bring alive the scriptures. I will share more later. God bless all of you, Kathy Mai

5/15/09 Terry Mai Ministries (The Mai Girls) will be in Israel the first part of July.  Terry and I believed it was right to take our girls to Israel this year.  After Terry went to heaven there were certain things that did not leave my heart.  One of them was Israel.  I first visited the nation of Israel in l974 with my Dad and Mom on a tour with Derek Prince Ministries.  The Lord put a love in my heart for that nation over thirty years ago.  In l984 I returned with my Dad, Mom, Terry, and Candace as well as others. Terry and I spoke many times of returning with all of our daughters.  Candace, Ashley, Rachel and I are looking forward to ministering to God's people as well as touring the nation of Israel.  Thank God for his faithfulness.  God bless you, Kathy Mai

03/11/09 We found an old video at the church of Terry and I ministering in song and there are clips of a video available on his Audio/Video page.   I will always be grateful how Terry encouraged me to minister the Spirit of God.   He was a professional singer who God transformed into a person that could minister in Spirit and Truth.   He would always tell me you have the heart, the rest will come.

03/06/09 I found some songs that Terry wrote in the early l980's.  Like the other songs they are NOT for resale, but are for ministry purposes only.   These particular songs have been copyrighted under Water of Life Ministries.  I trust they will minister to you as they have us.   The music to "Blessed Shalt Thou Be" was given by the Spirit of God to Peggy Edge, and the words were given by the Spirit to Terry.  Although Terry is resting from his labour here on the earth, his works do follow him.   We also added more worship with Terry's daughters.  These are available on his Audio/Video page with his other music.   We are still broadcasting audio or video on Tuesday evenings during Terry's regularly scheduled time.  God bless you and keep believing this gospel.  Kathy Mai

2/18/09 We have added songs that Terry ministered by the Spirit and also some of his worship.  These songs and worship are NOT for resale. Also, Terry imparted his faith and anointing to his daughters in worship and praise. These are available on his Audio/Video page. We pray the Spirit of the Living God ministers to all of you as he is us. Terry taught his daughters the importance of worshipping the Father and much of our lives have been spent doing just that. The girls and I are continuing to walk in those things that Terry ministered to us over the years. 

2/05/09 We will be keeping Terry's website as it is and as the Lord leads we will be adding testimonies.  I will resume my videos as the Lord directs.  Once again, the girls and I would like to thank all of you who have supported us with your prayers, your e-mails, your calls, or your cards.   The Lord has been very gracious to the Mai girls during this time and we are grateful to know Him and the power of his resurrection.  God bless you, Kathy, Candace, Ashley and Rachel

1/30/09 I have not had time to sit and answer each one of your e-mails, but I thank God for the graciousness that God's people have shown to the girls and I during this time.  We had a celebration of Terry's life, and it was definitely that. Terry was a man full of joy and compassion and he would have loved what the Lord led us to do in the service. Thank God for all of you who joined us in glorifying God, and we encourage all of you to believe the gospel!!!! 8/23/08 Upon receiving numerous detracting wicked comments via email, letters, and phone, which by the way are ineffective, I am reminded by the Spirit of the Lord the words of Jesus in Matthew 12:34,
34O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. 35A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things. 36But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.  37For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.

4/15/08The Lord has led me to pray Psalm 59
1Deliver me from mine enemies, O my God: defend me from them that rise up against me. 2Deliver me from the workers of iniquity, and save me from bloody men. 3For, lo, they lie in wait for my soul: the mighty are gathered against me; not for my transgression, nor for my sin, O LORD. 4They run and prepare themselves without my fault: awake to help me, and behold. 5Thou therefore, O LORD God of hosts, the God of Israel, awake to visit all the heathen: be not merciful to any wicked transgressors. 2/16/08Psalm 35:1-9

1/29/08 Psalm 149
1Praise ye the LORD.  Sing unto the LORD a new song, and his praise in the congregation of saints. 2Let Israel rejoice in him that made him: let the children of Zion be joyful in their King. 3Let them praise his name in the dance: let them sing praises unto him with the timbrel and harp. 4For the LORD taketh pleasure in his people: he will beautify the meek with salvation.  5Let the saints be joyful in glory: let them sing aloud upon their beds.  6Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand; 7To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people; 8To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron; 9To execute upon them the judgment written: this honour have all his saints. 1/25/08 God strengthened my heart and encouraged me about my enemies as I prayed Psalm 71:

1/21/08 Psalm 150
1Praise ye the LORD. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power.
2Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness.
3Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp.
4Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs.
5Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals.
6Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.

12/21/07Jesus told his diciples in Luke 22:40, "Pray that you enter not into temptation."  That also applies to all of us in all situations.

12/17/07I am reminded by Peter how Jesus exemplified a servant, and Jesus is our example.
1Peter 2:18-23
18Servants, be subject to your masters with all fear; not only to the good and gentle, but also to the froward. 19For this is thankworthy, if a man for conscience toward God endure grief, suffering wrongfully. 20For what glory is it, if, when ye be buffeted for your faults, ye shall take it patiently? but if, when ye do well, and suffer for it, ye take it patiently, this is acceptable with God. 21For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps: 22Who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth: 23Who, when he was reviled, reviled not again; when he suffered, he threatened not; but committed himself to him that judgeth righteously:

12/12/07 When correction came to me recently, God ministered the following three scriptures to me!  Remember it is God's love to correct us!
Hebrews 12:5-11
5And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him: 6For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. 7If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?  8But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons. 9Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live? 10For they verily for a few days chastened us after their own pleasure; but he for our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness.  11Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.
Proverbs 3:11-12
My son, despise not the chastening of the LORD; neither be weary of his correction:

12/07/07 As Kathy and I were out praying on Thursday evening, we both began to pray as Jesus taught us, "After this manner pray ye, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.  Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.  Give us this day our daily bread.  And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.  And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen

    As I was worshipping, the Spirit of God came up in my heart and spoke your name and said these words, "A double-minded man cannot receive anything from God!" and "How long will you halt between two opinions?"  The first statement in taken from James 1:7-8, and the second statement is from 1 Kings 18:21.

10/31/07 Ezekiel 3:17-21
17 Son of man, I have made thee a watchman unto the house of Israel: therefore hear the word at my mouth, and give them warning from me.
18 When I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; and thou givest him not warning, nor speakest to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand.
19Yet if thou warn the wicked, and he turn not from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul.
20Again, When a righteous man doth turn from his righteousness, and commit iniquity, and I lay a stumbling-block before him, he shall die: because thou hast not given him warning, he shall die in his sin, and his righteousness which he hath done shall not be remembered; but his blood will I require at thine hand.
21Nevertheless if thou warn the righteous man, that the righteous sin not, and he doth not sin, he shall surely live, because he is warned; also thou hast delivered thy soul.

After returning from Israel in l984, the Spirit of God directed me to read the book of Ezekiel.  He wrote the above scriptures in my heart, and shortly thereafter directed me to speak to someone about their life and reminded me of these scriptures.  Since that time I have not failed to deliver a word to any one that God has directed.  Jesus did not speak his own words as described in John 12:47-50, and I do not speak my own.

10/14/07 Luke 21:8-36
Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

As I began to consider these words, my eyes and heart saw these words,"therefore, pray always to escape all these things."  Immediately, I was prompted to look back to "what things?"   Beginning in verse 8, Jesus said, "Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them.  9But when ye shall hear of wars and commotions, be not terrified: for these things must first come to pass; but the end is not by and by.  10Then said he unto them, Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom:  11And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven."

Certainly, I could relate present day to these verses.  However, it then becomes even more personal in verse 12."But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name's sake.  13And it shall turn to you for a testimony.  14Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate before what ye shall answer: 15For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist. 16And ye shall be betrayed both by parents, and brethren, and kinsfolks, and friends; and some of you shall they cause to be put to death. 17And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake. 18But there shall not an hair of your head perish.  19In your patience possess ye your souls." 

Jesus encourages when all these things occur that not one hair of our head will perish if we continue to believe the Gospel and to take hold of our soul that we not be moved in these situations.  Jesus continues to describe over the next few verses what must occur before the end of times, and in verse 25 he says,
"And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;  26Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken."

Here is exactly why Jesus exhorts us to continue to pray believing and keep possession of our soul so not to fail because of fear when these things occur!  In verse 27 Jesus exclaims the Son of man then shall appear, so look up, and lift up your heads, for your redemption draws nigh!   He declares in verse 33, "Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away." Finally, Jesus warns in verse 34 and in verse 35 instructs us how to escape and stand by the power of God!
"And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares. 35For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth. 36Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man."

10/04/07 2Chronicles 20:1-25
As I was praying late this afternoon, The Lord spoke these words to me, "Believe the Lord God, and you shall be established.   Believe His prophets, so shall ye prosper."  I thought, "Okay, this is good!"  I have heard these encouraging words many times over the years, but I did not recall the context in which they were originally spoken.  So, I looked them up in 2Chronicles 20:1-25.  Judah was going to have to battle the Moabites, Ammonites, and other enemies all at once and were outnumbered!

3And Jehoshaphat feared, and set himself to seek the LORD, and proclaimed a fast throughout all Judah. 4And Judah gathered themselves together, to ask help of the LORD: even out of all the cities of Judah they came to seek the LORD. 5And Jehoshaphat stood in the congregation of Judah and Jerusalem, in the house of the LORD, before the new court, 6And said, O LORD God of our fathers, art not thou God in heaven? and rulest not thou over all the kingdoms of the heathen? and in thine hand is there not power and might, so that none is able to withstand thee? 7Art not thou our God, who didst drive out the inhabitants of this land before thy people Israel, and gavest it to the seed of Abraham thy friend for ever?

Jehoshaphat continued to pray, and the Spirit of the Lord spoke through Jahaziel, son of Zechariah, 15Hearken ye, all Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem, and thou king Jehoshaphat, Thus saith the LORD unto you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God's. 16Tomorrow go ye down against them: behold, they come up by the cliff of Ziz; and ye shall find them at the end of the brook, before the wilderness of Jeruel. 17Ye shall not need to fight in this battle: set yourselves, stand ye still, and see the salvation of the LORD with you, O Judah and Jerusalem: fear not, nor be dismayed; tomorrow go out against them: for the LORD will be with you.

Jehoshaphat bowed his head with his face to the ground: and all the people praised the Lord!   They rose early in the morning, and as they went forth to prepare for battle, Jehoshaphat stood and said,
20Hear me, O Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem; Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper. 21And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed singers unto the LORD, and that should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army, and to say, Praise the LORD; for his mercy endureth for ever. 22And when they began to sing and to praise, the LORD set ambushments against the children of Ammon, Moab, and mount Seir, which were come against Judah; and they were smitten.

All of Judah's enemies ended killing each other, and Judah spent 3 days collecting the spoils, and it was more than they could carry!  Praise the Lord!!

Jesus said in Luke 6:22-28 Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake. Rejoice ye in that day, and leap for joy: for, behold, your reward is great in heaven: for in the like manner did their fathers unto the prophets. But woe unto you that are rich! for ye have received your consolation. Woe unto you that are full! for ye shall hunger. Woe unto you that laugh now! for ye shall mourn and weep. Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you! for so did their fathers to the false prophets.
But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you, Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you. The Lord continues to encourage us to pray after this manner!
